Called to a customer who had damaged their kitchen sink tap. After checking the issue we found that the pull out hose had snapped on the connection to the spout.

We called the supplier @simplykitchensuk they were extremely helpful and managed to help my customer by contacting the company who make the tap and get the replacement parts to repair the tap.

Once the parts arrived we quickly replaced the damaged part and got the customer back up and running. Another happy customer.
